Thanks for checking out the first entry in P&D's new blog. The main purpose of this blog will be to provide the clients of P&D with an up to date portfolio of work. In time I also hope this blog will become known to other professionals in the waterproofing and decorative coatings industries. As these processes become more commonly used, it's important that applicators have access to a community and support that will allow them to approach new situations with confidence. 
This entry features a waterproof deck we recently completed in Gig Harbor. This deck had a new feature for us, lights recessed into the stairs. We were able to intergrate them perfectly by giving the appearance that they are grouted into the stairs.
Up next for us in the decorative coating arena is a deck for Harrison Homes that's being framed right now. Another exciting project that's simply waiting for permits is our first integration of an electric heat mat into our coatings to create a heated decorative cement floor in a yoga/dance studio bathroom.
These jobs are each a few weeks out though. In the meantime we'll be helping add a second story to a house in North Seattle with Woodcrafters Construction. We're really excited to get a chance to participate in a job like this and see a major transformation of the home. I'll begin postings from there next week.
