Tarpentry

This week we completed the lower level framing reinforcements and saw the come roof off. In order to ensure the project stays on track we constructed a tent to protect the home as the main floor is finished and the clients are staying there. Next week we will begin building the second story floor and walls.

I've also started working with a previous client on another project on Mercer Island. It looks like this job will involve 3 different decks on the view side of this home. This one's not a for sure thing, but I'm glad to have the opportunity to bid on it.
